  • Volatile AI Processing: Content generated through AI models is held in volatile memory only for the duration of inference and is immediately discarded upon output generation.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy & Gmail Access Disclosure

Agentix Codes provides an integrated 1-Click "Sign in with Google" feature that enables users to connect their personal or business Gmail account for sending user-composed outreach campaigns via the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send scope:

  • Specific Purpose of Access: The application requests access to the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send restricted scope solely and exclusively to compose and dispatch email messages that the user explicitly configures in the local campaign manager.
  • Google API Limited Use Disclosure: Agentix Codes' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • No Server Retention or Third-Party Sharing of Google Data: Agentix Codes runs entirely on your local machine. We do not read, inspect, store, or sell user private emails or email contents on any remote servers. Google OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted on the user's personal device only.
  • No AI Model Training on User Email Data: Information obtained via Google Workspace APIs is never transferred or used to train, develop, or improve generalized AI or machine learning models.

We utilize information exclusively for genuine operational purposes:

  • To activate, manage, and verify software licenses for Agentix Codes.
  • To deliver technical support, help troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate service communications.
