1. 100% Data Sovereignty (Data Processing)

Our extensions are designed with a Privacy-First architecture:

  • Local Processing: All message data, recipient lists, and chat context are processed locally within your browser.
  • No Message Storage: We do not store, log, or archive the content of your personal or business communications on our servers.
  • AI Auto-Replies:
    • For our AI Sender, message context is sent securely via encrypted HTTPS to our AI processing endpoints.
    • These are processed through industry-standard models (e.g., OpenAI / Anthropic via secure gateways).
    • Data is processed in-memory and discarded immediately once your reply is delivered.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to operate our services:

  • Account Information:
    Your email address and profile name (via Google OAuth) to identify your license and manage usage credits.
  • Usage Metadata:
    Stats such as number of messages sent or AI replies generated. This helps track campaign performance and credit balance.
  • IP-Based Location:
    Used briefly to ensure regional compliance and apply localized trials or pricing.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To Provide Services:
    Account authentication, credit verification, and enabling AI/Bulk sending features.
  • Technical Support:
    Troubleshooting issues related to message delivery.
  • Security:
    Preventing fraudulent activity and protecting license integrity.

4. Third-Party Disclosures & Selling Data

  • No Selling of Data:
    We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information, message content, or recipient lists.
  • Approved Providers:
    We only share essential data with trusted infrastructure partners:

    • Google Firebase (authentication)
    • OpenRouter / OpenAI (LLM processing)

5. Security Measures

We employ strong security protocols:

  • OAuth 2.0:
    Login handled entirely by Google; we never see or store your Google password.
  • HTTPS Encryption:
    All extension–backend communication is encrypted via 256‑bit SSL.
  • Secure API Gateways:
    Backend stores AI API keys in protected environment variables with zero exposure.

6. User Control

  • Data Deletion:
    You can reset local logs anytime via the extension popup.
