  • Transaction and Payment Data: All payments are securely processed by our third-party merchant partners and payment gateways (such as Whop, Paddle, etc.). We do not store or have direct access to your credit card numbers or financial account passwords.
  • Usage Data: We collect non-identifiable usage statistics, such as API request counts, automation runs, and credits used, to ensure system performance and balance usage limits.

2. Local Data Sovereignty and Processing

Our AI automation systems are built with a privacy-first local architecture:

  • Local Operations: Bulk messages, lists, and local workflow contexts are processed on your local browser/device and are not logged or stored on our servers.
  • AI Processing: Content processed through our AI nodes (e.g., text generated by LLMs via OpenAI or Anthropic API gateways) is held in volatile memory only for the duration of the request and is discarded immediately after delivery.

3. How We Use Your Data

We utilize the collected information for the following specific business purposes:

  • To activate, manage, and verify your 12-Month Plan and subscription licenses.
  • To deliver customer support, help troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate service comms.
  • To maintain network integrity, prevent service abuse, and ensure regional compliance.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or distribute your data to third parties. We share information only with trusted service providers to the extent necessary to run our infrastructure:

  • Authentication Providers: Firebase Auth / Google Sign-in to safely verify accounts.
  • Payment Processors: Gateways (e.g. Paddle, Whop) to handle secure billing.
  • AI Services: API gateways (OpenRouter, OpenAI) to execute language model requests.

We employ robust industry-standard measures to safeguard your information. All communications between our client extensions, website, and database servers are encrypted using 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology. Access to accounts is protected using secure OAuth 2.0 protocols.
