- License Term: The license is granted for a term of 12 months. This is a one-time payment structure and does not auto-renew.
- Activation: After payment, you must provide a valid Gmail address to activate the Pro access and sync your credit quota.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OAuth logins.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Our automation and AI tools are designed for legitimate workflow optimization. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Transmit unsolicited messages, spam, or bulk content in violation of messaging platform terms (such as WhatsApp's Terms of Service).
- Engage in malicious activities, hack, probe, or attempt to reverse-engineer our software infrastructure.
- Automate communication to contacts without their explicit consent. Users assume full legal and operational responsibility for their messaging campaigns and contact lists.
3. Payment and Fees
Pricing for the Service is specified on our purchase pages. Payments are processed securely via our partners. By completing a transaction, you authorize our processing partner to charge the selected payment method. Prices are subject to change, but existing subscription pricing is locked for the duration of the prepaid term.
4. Refund Policy

5. Intellectual Property Rights

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% service uptime, we do not warrant that our extensions will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentix Codes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
7. Modifying Terms
We reserves the right to modify these Terms of Engagement at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated revision date. Continuing to use the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our registration jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
